The moment an order is submitted, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. But, we know – mistakes happen. We’ll do everything possible to accommodate updates. To change an order, the easiest thing to do is first cancel it (if the option is still available) and then place a new replacement order through your Shopify storefront. First, to cancel the order:
- Navigate to your Order Dashboard
- Locate the order in question
- Based on the state of the order and how far along it is in production, if we are still able to cancel it, you’ll see the “Cancel Order” button is available when you click on order details.
Once your order is cancelled, you (or your customer) would then place the correct order through your Shopify storefront like a regular order. If you want to discuss other remediation options, please reach out to support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
