The moment an order is submitted, we start working to get it to you as quickly as possible. But, we know – mistakes happen. We’ll do everything possible to accommodate cancellations. To cancel an order:
- Navigate to your Order Dashboard
- Locate the order in question
- Based on the state of the order and how far along it is in production, if we are still able to cancel it, we will do so. Click the “Request Cancellation” button on the order details.
